Gita Enterprise is an authorised Kutchina supplier, operating in Kolkata since 2018. We design, manufacture and install modular kitchens and wardrobes, and we supply and service Kutchina appliances – from a showroom at Sivam Tower, Kestopur and an office at Chinar Park, Rajarhat. The reason we lead with that sentence is that “Kutchina” means two different things to most people: a national brand, and whoever actually turns up at your flat. We are the second one, and we are accountable for what gets built.
What we actually do
- Design. A designer visits your home, measures every wall, and draws your kitchen in 3D – free, before you commit to anything. Details on our kitchen designers page.
- Manufacture. Units are machine-made in a factory to the measured sizes of your room, rather than cut by hand in your flat. That is what gives a repeatable finish and a warranty that means something.
- Install. Our own team fits, levels and adjusts the finished units, then walks you through the warranty.
- Service. Chimney servicing, annual maintenance contracts, spare hardware and warranty support afterwards – see chimney service and AMC.

Why buy from a manufacturer rather than a carpenter
The biggest decision in a Kolkata kitchen is not the design, it is who builds it. A local carpenter cuts and assembles on site by hand over several weeks of dust and noise, usually with no written warranty and no one to call in year three. A manufacturer cuts precision carcasses in a factory, installs them finished in a few days, and stands behind them on paper.
That difference shows up in a predictable order when it goes wrong: the sink cabinet base swells first, then hinges begin to sag, then shutter edges lift. It is the reason we tell people to economise on the finish and never on the carcass or the hardware. Is Gita Enterprise the same as Kutchina?
We are an authorised Kutchina supplier, not Kutchina corporate. You get Kutchina products, ranges and warranty, supplied, installed and serviced by our Kolkata team – which means there is a local showroom and a local team accountable for your kitchen.
How long have you been operating?
Since 2018, from our showroom at Sivam Tower, Kestopur and our office at Chinar Park, Rajarhat, serving Kolkata and the surrounding suburbs.
Do you only do kitchens?
No. We build modular kitchens, wardrobes, crockery units and fitted storage in matching finishes, and we supply and service Kutchina appliances including chimneys and water purifiers, with servicing and annual maintenance contracts available.
What does the 10-year warranty cover?
It is a written warranty on your kitchen, with service and spare hardware available through the Kutchina network. Ask your designer for the written terms alongside your estimate so you can see exactly what is covered at component level.
