What you will see at the showroom

• Live kitchen displays – complete kitchens you can open, pull out and lean on, rather than photographs. The difference between a soft-close drawer and a basic channel is something you have to feel.
• The finish library – laminate, acrylic, PU, membrane and glass samples side by side. Take your shortlist to a window; showroom lighting flatters everything.
• Hardware and accessories – hinges, channels, carousels, pull-outs, lift-ups and organisers, mounted so you can operate them rather than read about them.
• Kutchina appliances – chimneys, hobs and water purifiers, so the kitchen and the appliances can be specified together in one visit.
• A carcass section – a cut-away showing what sits behind the shutter. This is the part of the kitchen that decides how long it lasts, and the part almost nobody is shown. Ask for it.

What to bring

Bring your kitchen measurements, or the flat’s floor plan, and a designer can give you an indicative estimate during the visit rather than afterwards. Useful to have with you: the length of each wall that will carry cabinets, the ceiling height, the position of the door, window, gas point, water inlet and drain, and photographs of the room from two corners. If you have already chosen a hob, chimney or fridge, note the model numbers – appliance dimensions decide cabinet sizes.

Factory-made, not site-made

Kutchina kitchens are manufactured in a factory to the measured sizes of your room, then delivered and installed by the installation team. That is a fundamentally different product from a kitchen cut and assembled in your flat by a carpenter: machine-cut carcasses, controlled edge banding, consistent finishes and a written warranty.

The factory itself is a production facility rather than a visitor centre, so the showroom is where you see the product – the same units are on display there and can be examined at close range.
