What happens after you get in touch
- We call you back to understand the basics – where the flat is, roughly how big the kitchen is, and when you are hoping to have it done.
- A designer visits, free. They measure every wall, the ceiling height and the position of the door, window, gas point, water inlet and drain, because no Kolkata kitchen is a clean 10×10.
- You see it in 3D. Your actual room, with the finishes you are considering applied – not a catalogue render of someone else’s kitchen. Revisions are free and most kitchens take two or three rounds.
- You get an itemised written estimate. Every unit, finish, fitting and accessory on its own line, so you can see exactly what each part costs and adjust it. Never a lump sum.
- Only then do you decide. Nothing is payable until you have approved both the design and the estimate.
Useful things to have ready
None of this is required – a phone number is enough to start – but it speeds things up considerably:
- The flat’s floor plan, or the length of each wall that will carry cabinets
- Photographs of the kitchen from two opposite corners
- Where the door, window, gas point, water inlet and drain currently sit
- Model numbers of any hob, chimney, fridge or oven you plan to keep – appliance dimensions decide cabinet sizes
- A rough budget, if you have one in mind. It is not a negotiating position; it just tells the designer which specification to draw first

Is the site visit and 3D design really free?
Yes. The site visit, measurement, requirement session, 3D design, revisions and itemised written estimate are all free, with no obligation to order. You pay only once you have approved both the design and the estimate.
How soon will someone contact me?
Usually the same working day. If your timeline is tight – a tenant moving in, a sale completing, a flat handover date – say so in the message and we will tell you honestly whether the date is achievable rather than discovering it later.
Do I have to decide anything on the visit?
No. The designer measures and discusses; the 3D design and estimate come afterwards, and revisions are free. Nothing is payable and nothing is committed until you approve both the design and the written estimate.
Can I enquire about appliances or servicing here?
Yes. The same number covers chimneys, hobs and water purifiers, as well as chimney servicing and annual maintenance contracts. Mention the model if you have it and we will confirm current charges and availability.
